سياسة الإرجاع والاسترداد – STYLN LTD

في STYLN LTD نسعى لتقديم منتجات عالية الجودة وخدمة موثوقة. إذا لم تكن راضيًا عن مشترياتك، يمكنك طلب إرجاع أو استبدال المنتج خلال 14 يومًا من تاريخ استلام الطلب، وذلك وفقًا لقوانين حماية المستهلك المعمول بها في دولة إسرائيل.

شروط الإرجاع:

  • يجب أن يكون المنتج غير مستخدم، وفي حالته الأصلية.

  • يجب أن يحتوي المنتج على جميع العلامات والملصقات الأصلية وأن يكون في التغليف الأصلي.

  • يجب تقديم إثبات الشراء مثل رقم الطلب أو الفاتورة.

  • يجب إرسال طلب الإرجاع خلال فترة الـ 14 يومًا من تاريخ الاستلام.

عملية الإرجاع:
بعد استلام طلب الإرجاع والموافقة عليه، سيُطلب من العميل إعادة المنتج إلى العنوان الذي سيتم تزويده به. يتحمل العميل مسؤولية إعادة المنتج بشكل آمن وفي حالته الأصلية.

الاسترداد:
بعد استلام المنتج وفحصه للتأكد من مطابقته لشروط الإرجاع، سيتم معالجة الاسترداد إلى وسيلة الدفع الأصلية المستخدمة في عملية الشراء. قد تستغرق عملية الاسترداد عدة أيام عمل حسب مزود الدفع أو البنك.

الرسوم المحتملة:
يجوز خصم رسوم معالجة أو رسوم شحن من مبلغ الاسترداد إذا كان ذلك مسموحًا به وفقًا للقانون.

المنتجات غير القابلة للإرجاع:

  • المنتجات التي تم استخدامها أو تلفها بعد الاستلام.

  • المنتجات التي لا تحتوي على التغليف الأصلي أو العلامات.

  • المنتجات التي تم شراؤها ضمن عروض خاصة أو تصفية، إذا تم تحديد ذلك عند الشراء.

Return and Refund Policy – STYLN LTD
At STYLN LTD, we aim to provide high-quality products and reliable service. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange within 14 days from the date you receive your order, in accordance with Israeli consumer protection laws.
Return Conditions:
  • The item must be unused and in its original condition.
  • All original tags, labels, and packaging must be included.
  • Proof of purchase such as the order number or receipt is required.
  • The return request must be submitted within 14 days from the delivery date.
Return Process:
Once a return request is approved, the customer will receive instructions for sending the item back. The customer is responsible for returning the product securely and in its original condition.
Refunds:
After the returned item is received and inspected to ensure it meets the return requirements, the refund will be processed to the original payment method used during the purchase. Depending on the payment provider or bank, it may take several business days for the refund to appear.
Possible Fees:

Non-Returnable Items:
