في STYLN LTD نسعى لتوصيل طلباتكم بسرعة وأمان. توضح سياسة الشحن هذه كيفية معالجة الطلبات وأوقات الشحن والتوصيل.

معالجة الطلبات

بعد تأكيد الطلب وإتمام الدفع، يبدأ فريقنا في تجهيز الطلب للشحن.
عادةً يتم تجهيز الطلبات خلال 1–3 أيام عمل.

قد تستغرق معالجة الطلبات وقتًا أطول خلال فترات العروض أو المواسم المزدحمة.

مدة الشحن

تعتمد مدة الشحن على موقع العميل وشركة الشحن المستخدمة.

  • داخل إسرائيل: عادةً 2–5 أيام عمل

  • الشحن الدولي: قد يستغرق 7–14 يوم عمل حسب الدولة

يرجى ملاحظة أن أوقات الشحن تقديرية وقد تتأثر بعوامل خارجية مثل الطقس أو تأخيرات شركات الشحن.

رسوم الشحن

يتم حساب تكلفة الشحن عند إتمام عملية الدفع بناءً على موقع التسليم وطريقة الشحن المختارة.

قد نقدم أحيانًا عروض شحن مجاني لبعض الطلبات أو خلال فترات ترويجية.

تتبع الطلب

عند شحن طلبك، سيتم إرسال رقم تتبع إلى بريدك الإلكتروني حتى تتمكن من متابعة حالة الشحنة.

عنوان الشحن

يرجى التأكد من إدخال عنوان الشحن بشكل صحيح عند تقديم الطلب.
لا تتحمل STYLN LTD مسؤولية الطلبات التي يتم تسليمها إلى عنوان غير صحيح تم إدخاله من قبل العميل.

التأخير أو المشاكل في الشحن

إذا حدث تأخير غير متوقع في شحنتك، يرجى التواصل مع فريق خدمة العملاء وسنقوم بمساعدتك في متابعة الطلب مع شركة الشحن.

الطلبات المفقودة أو التالفة
